Hi, I’m Brendan. I’m a creative director, director and motion designer based in Brooklyn, NY.  A former semi-pro snowboarder out of Tahoe, California, my roots in action sports and lifestyle brands date back to 2006.

From 2012 to 2018, I worked full-time for startups in the music licensing and tech industries, Meetup and WeWork among them, where I developed a strong preference for doing work for a purpose.  To this day, I prioritize creating work that communicates a message, solves a business problem and achieves a company goal.

In 2019, I went freelance full-time.  I started a boutique creative studio called Brunch Club, working on projects for brands that include Forbes, Victoria’s Secret, and Bala, before taking the role as Creative Director for Equinox later that fall. For two years, I led creative for Equinox+, building the most powerful library of fitness content in the industry at the time––directing multi-camera studio and photo shoots, and collaborating with talented directors, DPs and production crews in a multi-million dollar broadcast production facility in Hell’s Kitchen, NY.  In 2021, I turned back again to running Brunch Club full-time, and have since then teamed up with amazing brands, agencies and institutions like Adidas, Red Bull, Ford, Wieden + Kennedy, Specialized, Stanford University, Titleist, Duolingo, Dyrdek Machine, and Bloomberg.

My work covers a wide range of skills including creative strategy, graphic design, motion design, art direction, creative direction, directing, and editing.

Brunch Club is part of a creative collective, meaning I can work with almost any budget. For projects with limited scopes, I can take them on myself, and as scopes get bigger, I bring in partner artists, photographers, filmmakers and studios, depending on the needs of the project.
